No project is complete in my house without an arbitrary deadline when 20% of the work still remains to be completed.
That pretty much completed the basement from a construction standpoint. All that remained from here is to hookup the equipment.

An Update Before I Go home This Evening

Anytime. I can talk for hours about this stuff because I've acquired quite a bit of knowledge along the way while building this one and the one I had in the previous house.
